I am very saddened to say that the staff at this theater was down right rude. The reason being was the pure disrespect my friends and I were treated with. The two workers who told us where the movie was (The Black Phone) said that we were to go to door 9. However this was not the case because with in minutes of our stay we were kicked out of the theater for being in the wrong spot. I am truly angered due to it was the workers mistake of telling us to go to door 9 not ours. The supposed manager of the theater came very close to the point where I felt genuinely threatened of physical assault along with verbal assault. So, AMC these problems need fixed soon, and to all the fellow customers if I were you I would choose another theatre.

To be honest, 1 star is not even a way to describe the absolute disaster of a work setting I have stumbled upon. The workers at the front desk had given me snarky looks, the staff was nothing but the worse experience i’ve ever gone through in my 27 years of living. The slushee machine was broken and leaking, trash everywhere, bodily functions all over the floor in the restroom. When it comes to the theatre itself, i’m disgraced at what I saw. Trash all over the floors and 2 of the 5 lights were not working at all. The ignorance of the staff is something i’ve never seen in my life.

Great staff! Clean and comfortable seating environment! Concessions were delicious - thanks for a great movie going experience! 👍

We did the Private Theater Rental and it was awesome! We had 15 crazy kids and the manager was calm and cool. He checked us in quickly and handled all of my questions. The kids had a great time and my daughter had a wonderful 10th birthday party! Thank you!
