Usually this spot is a solid 4.5 to 5 but last dine in experience was a 1. I've defended Popeyes time and time again to the chic fil a lovers but this last visit made me eat my words. The 2 piece was tiny pieces that was overcooked, but still edible. My chicken sandwich with is Usually perfect was too soggy to eat. They replaced my sandwich with a new one which was rubbery and undercooked. They better step it up or they won't be there in a couple years time.

I got their spicy chicken sandwich. Had very little spice and there was to much breading. Other than that the sandwich tasted good.

Well I go in expecting spicy chicken. Girl said nothing at register. I said can you take my order. She said yeah. Ordered the 3 piece combo she said spicy or regular. Of course I said spicy. She said sorry that will be 25 minutes. I said umm no. Give me the chicken sandwich. Got it it was not cooked through and nasty. Bad food and a rude customer service experience is the worst ever. She needs fired should have gotten her name. But the manager who I am assuming doesn’t care because of not making sure all menu items are available needs to Have a training session on good customer service even if you mess up and don’t drop spicy chicken in a timely manner. This place sucks bad.

Chicken was pretty good, not spicy like it should've been. It's worth a try but I had to go back to counter for a few things: Need all 6 pieces of chicken got 5 Need more napkins, gave me 2 Need butter, 2 biscuits no butter Need ketchup, had fries no ketchup they counted 4 packets to be exact Dipping Sauce is 50 cents each you get one for each 3 piece tenders
