The sandwich and chili was descent. But I started to feel like I was on a hidden camera prank show. There was only a couple ahead of me but it ended up taking almost half an hour total. He makes their 2 sandwiches, starts doing something else before he ever ask for my order. Meanwhile there's another worker walking around talking on the phone. Didn't even acknowledge me. The food is okay, but honestly I probably won't be going back. Nothing great and awful service.

I ordered online did not get order correct ordered two chips and paid extra for them did I not receive them. Even though there is a sign saying chips are included with order I wanted extra cheese on the steak and cheese paid for it did not receive it. I have been trying to call for an hour and the line is busy so they must have the phone off the hook. I am extremely disappointed

FRUSTRATING!!! Personally, I have been eating at this restaurant for approximately 5 years. I have witnessed multiple changing in staff and each time the service becomes less and less. I am pretty upset about not being able to getting items,seems their always out of something or they stop making it such as their sweet tea.
