My husband always got his hair cut there last week hey went in and to get his hair cut after he came home and was checking out the cut the top was chopped on top not even at all he went back the next day he went back to see if she could even it out it was a different girl the manager was cutting hair that day which had cut his hair before he showed her the cut and she remembered cutting his hair before and when she saw the cut she said said that's like bad so she tried her best to evening it out whiteout making it look worse she did what she could but could totally even it out without cutting it so short you'd be able to to see his scalp he doesn't remember the girls name but he said he would definitely go somewhere else if she's the only one cutting hair next time he goes in

Definitely we NEVER be going back here. Walked in for a TRIM JUST A TRIM to get my dead ends off. My hair was to the middle of my back maybe a little longer & the lady had said she’s be taking an inch off & had showed me how much & I said that’s good. It was what was needed. well I walked out with hair to my shoulders! She was asking very personal questions about my relationship and my children. Not to mention she didn’t cut my hair straight.

I made a 6pm appointment for my kid for a hair wash and blowout for picture day, they proceeded to take her to the back, within 2 min another stylist approached me and said she did not have the time to do my daughter's hair. I asked her why and she told me they should not have booked her, that they're only doing 20 min haircuts in a rude and sarcastic tone. Needless to say I will Not be returning to Supercuts in this lifetime.

Literally give this place 0/5 if I could but I wouldn't be able to comment. I've been here 30+mins waiting for a haircut. The only person doing the haircut is taking pictures for her insta and sending them to friends on Snap as she cuts. When I came in and asked for help she said it'd be a bit before she could see me because someone had just made an online appointment and wouldn't be able to see me until about 4pm. I had enough time to go to Sally's and Target to buy stuff to color my hair because she was gonna take her time on her first customer. I came back at 3:40pm and sat down next to three men who got there after I did. This person literally took 40 mins to cut a child's hair. A little boy who already had short hair. Let that sink in. She cut off maybe half an inch from the back and sides. That's all she did. 40 MINUTES. AFTER, she turned to the other customers who got there after me and asked their names and let them know they were next. I let her know if been wait for over half an hr. She said she wouldn't be able to take me until after 4pm because she had appointments already at 4:15pm and 4:30pm. That was at 3:50pm. It is now 4pm.
