If you want caregivers that bring bedbugs to your house, then this is the agency for you. Not once, but twice did my parents' apartment become infested while my dad was under their care. I had to take time off from work to care of my dad and get him into respite care while the apartment was being treated. When I suggested to Terrace that maybe the aides were bringing in the bedbugs, he took offense and tried to blame my parents. Well guess what? The bedbugs were contained to the sofa in the living room that my parents never sat on, and the aides laid down on. Just saying!

I spoke and met with owner and signed paperwork for services for my mom. They agreed to take my moms case as we discussed all the care that was needed and then suddenly changed their mind to take my moms case with no clear answer as to why . It was done in a very cruel and unprofessional inconsiderate rude manner with no care or sensitivity as my moms health at this time is declining . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We found ComForcare after a long and often disappointing relationship with another area care provider for my mother, who now lives in a memory-care unit of a continuing care community. Mom's ComForcare aide, Susana, is attentive, kind and fully engages her. Mom smiles when Susana arrives (she took little notice of aides before), and she has gained 5 pounds! We are grateful.

My spouse had reached the "difficult" stage that I could no longer handle. After talking with Cassandra she provided me a caregiver called Joy. Joy was very professional, knowledgeable and infinitely patient. She achieves things that I cannot and has formed a bond with my spouse.
