I guess some people expect the workers to treat them like royalty. I can't believe people complain that they are on a cell phone and talking to one another while they wait on them. I love going there never a bad visit. I see more rude customers than anything. Not bad workers.i guess we need to roll out the red carpet for people like Jess and Kendra and a few others on here.

This store has came a long way in the last while , I see people saying it's cluttered , yes on truck day it is because understand that it's all u loaded then put away! Anyone that has worked retail knows that. The manager is awesome and noone seems to realize the improvments there! And yes once in a while you do get a bad apple cashier, guess what they do not act like that until after they are hired! And normally they are dealt with promptly, I know this because there was a woman rude to my son... She was gone right after... Staff is friendly but they are real!

Visited the store last week. I was disgusted by my experience. The employees conversate with one another while they are checking people out instead of making sure the customer is satisfied with their visit. Unless you want to hear about "the fun they have in the bathroom" and "did you get those nice pictures I sent you while I was in the bathroom" don't shop here.
