Hello! We represent all of Pierce County and IBEW Local 77 represents the rest of Washington state. However, we both go through the same third party Apprenticeship program, known as the North West Line JATC. You can visit their website at www.nwlinejatc.com to view their programs and what you'll need to apply. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call our hall at 253-565-3232. Thank you!
At our Union we represent the outside High Voltage Lineman. We go through a third party Apprenticeship program known as the North West Line JATC. We split this Apprenticeship program with three other locals, therefore, it is located in a central location to all four locals, in Vancouver Washington. The best way to get the most updated information for the Apprenticeship program and what you will need to apply, is to visit their website at www.nwlinejatc.com. On their website they have a list of their programs and what you would need to apply and how. If you have any questions regarding their program, you will want to call them directly at 360-816-7100, as they are a third party and will be better suited to answer any questions that you may have. They are extremely helpful and can point you in the right direction. If you are interested in becoming an inside Commercial or Residential Electrician, you will want to contact IBEW Local 76 at 253-475-1190. Thank you!
