Had an amazing experience with the virtual chocolate tasting! Our host was extremely knowledgeable about all things chocolate, and about Theo's process specifically. He was also delightful, funny, and charming as he shared his knowledge and led us on our chocolate journey. Would highly recommend the experience, and the chocolate itself!

Informative tour, humor sprinkled throughout. Enjoyed our tour guide Pierce and all of the tasty chocolate samples. Due to covid, at the moment the "tour" consists of a slide show in one room and looking at the machines from another room, so don't expect a lot of walking around. Great for the mobility-limited! ♡ Overall a nice way to spend an afternoon.

I did the tour which lasted right about 50 minutes. I got to try about 15 different types of chocolate and then they give you a discount code for their store which has exclusive flavors not distributed outside of the Seattle area. Overall an amazing experience!!! I wish we could have seen more of the process in action, but that timing is difficult with tours. I was just happy that they were open to tours after being closed for 18 months due to Covid!

$12 factory tour was SO worth it! You learn a lot of new things and get to sample a ton of chocolate. Great for kids and adults alike. They are also very accommodating with allergies (dairy, nuts) and offer alternatives if you can’t sample one type. Their vegan chocolate made with coconut cream is delicious! I loved the variety of unique chocolates in the store. Their confectionery area had some interesting flavors (walla walla onion caramel) that are worth a try.

The Flagship store has reduced capacity and enhanced hourly cleaning protocols. All guests and employees must wear masks, and employees take temperature checks before the start of their shift. We also offer curbside and in-store pick up for guests who are unable to shop in person!

It's a Seattle company, don't know if they have any other locations. Check the web.... I think you may be able to order online from them.
You can book tours directly on their website; which I advise you to do (link: https://www-14e.bookeo.com/bookeo/b_2144H64UT13FCAA886B6_start.html) I just checked, and they do tours in the 21st
The bars are, what i saw, 2 to 3 dollars each. They also have multi bar packs and gift packages. Its free to go in and sample. Im not sure of the fees for the different activities. I just noticed a list on the sign. Since i was just visiting i didnt think to aask
Kids 5 and under not permitted on the tour. You could say he/she is 6 without being carded, but $10 is a lot to pay for a more "adult oriented" tour. The store is open to all, with plenty of free samples of virtually everything Theo sells. It's very worth stopping by, even without the tour.
