Saw an ATV I was interested in on their web site. Called and spoke with Chris about it and he said it was still available. Took a drive over to Tracy and met with Chris to look at the unit. No haggle, no hassle, just straight forward info and within a short time the deal was done. Chris made things easy, Drew was able to get the paperwork setup quickly, and Noah handled the final paperwork. We loaded up my new machine and took her home. This is my new place for anything ATV related from here on out. Other dealers in my area only had a couple ATV units in stock due to supply availability. I went to Tracy Motorsports and Chris said he had at least 20 to look at currently. The showroom is very well laid out, very clean and completely stocked. Parts department looked to have plenty of accessories, helmets and everything you could need. I will definitely be back for my service when I need it done and anything I need to purchase for my ATV.

Very bad sales men. I was trying find the exact price for a bike I really wanted to buy since I been waiting for months. And I can only pay it off in Cash since I’m a business owner so I can’t finance it. Before I can even get the lowest price I can get it they hang up on me. Note I live 1hr away and I don’t wanna drive 1 hr to talk bout right price then drive 1 hour back to get the money then another hour back to get it then another 1 hour back. since I don’t want to walk around with 8-10k cash by myself. But guess I’m go to Berkeley Yamaha who have a better customer service and will listen and reserve the 2023 sport package R3 and R1M or R9 later on.I would give this place a 0/5 star
