The sales people had no idea of the features of the trailer. Their was a $900 dealer prep fee which would lead a Custer to believe that for a $900 fee that all features would be checked. The water heater did not work on propane or electric. The water pump cycles about every 2-5 minutes. The fender that was damaged in a tire failure that they said that they would fix I have not heard about yet. The battery also won’t hold a charge for more that a week. I drove it a 100 miles away to where I store the trailer to only find these problems. I then had to bring it back to get the repairs that they now are Turing into my warranty. Then I started to deal with Antonio in service. When asking him about my issues he said that you did a walk around how do I know it didn’t break after you left. That’s just wrong to treat your customers that way. Is the customer shootout be a trailer expert before receiving the unit from Nohr’s ? Or did they not do the inspection completely? Either way I am supposed trust the dealer not to try and rip me off. Now that I’m dealing with Antonio who does not call back when he says he will it’s fringe and was supposed to get a call on Tuesday still no return call. He also is argumentative and does not care that you upset about these issues. I called today today (Friday 9/9) and got told that he’s in a meeting and that I should expect a call on Monday (left early?). I guess the owner either has no idea his service is so bad or he doesn’t care as long as the money keeps coming in. I regret buying from and getting service done by Nohr’s rv. Please don’t buy from them for you own sake

Absolutely no pressure to buy..Answered all my questions and made buying my 1st RV very easy! Robb was wonderful. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful!

We purchased our InTech Discover at Nohr's. Ours Sales person was Kyle. We live out of town and he was able to set the whole transaction up for us so all we had to do was show up, sign some papers and take it home. He was very informative and stayed in contact with us the whole time with updates while we waited for our trailer to be delivered to Nohr's and while it was being prepped for our pick up. Kyle made the purchase of our first travel trailer seamless. Thank You!!!

We met Keith at a local RV show. Special order as we wanted options. We purchased our new RV at Nohrs last week. Keith was great. The whole experience start to finish was amazing.
