Brought my walk behind mower in for a tune up March 3rd. Asked how long and they told me about 2 weeks. Called at 4 weeks my mower was ready, they say they will call you but never happened. Before we load the mower in my truck they try to start it and no go. The pull rope won't recoil either. They take it back in and a mechanic comes out and tells me it won't idle. How do you perform a tune up and the motor won't start or idle? They ask if they can keep it for a day or 2 and they will call when it's ready. 3 days later I pick it up with a new carburetor and $100 more. I asked the person on the counter how this could happen and she didn't have an answer. At the very least they should have waived the 30 minutes of tech time. Need to find a new place.

Get an gas Echo trimmer, they are the best. One with lots of power and auto feed spooler.
