Super friendly staff. I was minding my own business and having social anxiety asking about paint colors. One staff approached me to check if I find everything alright. He showed me that were actually brochures that had color combos, I wouldn’t have known that. So I was very thankful. Few minutes later another staff checked on me if I find everything alright. Just a super friendly/helpful store!

Let’s face it, home improvement stores require a certain level of patience. When I’m in the middle of a project and realize I need to go to Lowes, I cringe a bit. It takes me far longer than I expect to find what I want and then I have to wait to check out which always takes longer than what I think it should. That being said, the customer service is always great, their associates are always willing to help and they have an excellent return policy.

A lot of product available at decent prices and the 10% price break for military is nice. The issue with product being in the wrong boxes or slots is annoying, although you see that most anywhere, but it's like some people do it on purpose. Some days it's hard to get help, especially at the customer service desk.

I had a customer buy a lot of material here and the lady who helped me find everything was great so I took the survey and gave good review. No surprise, though, when I went to pick the stuff up several days later, they hadn't even gathered it up yet. They spoke to me and my customer at different times and both times they confirmed my pickup day. I stood waiting for 15 minutes for them to get it and then the clerk told me they don't have it ready so I said I would come back the next day. When I came back, an employee radioed for loading help. No one came. Once I almost loaded it all myself, several of them came out with attitudes (all but 1) and helped me load the last of it. Whatever you guys do for customer service training, it has long since failed and needs to be changed.

Guess it would depend on where and how much it is leaking
Yes
We did once in UT. But it was special order.
They carry acid as far as ive seen when I go there
No Lowe's doesn't carry used kitchen cabinets. Try Habitat for humanity. 3541 Wheaton Way 98310. The site you posted your question on is operated by Google. If you gave a specific questions you should check directly with the store
I've seen folks with dogs in the store, that are not service animals.
Depends on whats going on at the time. Best answer is to call the store
