Ordered through door dash. Didn't receive my biscuits. When I called the store to get it rectified, nobody answered. After multiple attempts I gave up and ate bread with my dinner 😥

Drive through service, average. Price, very high. Food Quality, deplorable. The food was not completely cooked, we tried to eat chicken tenders and wasn't able to bite through them! Mac & Cheese, the bowls were cracked like they had been recycled! Biscuits, everyone loves biscuits with their chicken. Our biscuits were stale. NO excuse for this type of service.

They ain't never got wings are drumsticks and its a chicken spot. Ion want no breast or thigh. I wanted wings and drumsticks from KFC. Can't never get what I come for here they always out of something.

The food was good, once we got it. It took close to an hour to get our food - 8 pc bucket, extra crispy. We even went early, 4:15, hoping that they would be prepared for the dinner rush. The manager was frustrated and not managing the situation at all. He kept disappearing into a back room. The young woman at the register managed our order and other "missing" orders. Kudos to her!!!

Well you must be at a different KFC because I'm at the Western Hills KFC and it's clean. The food was great,and customer service was AWESOME.
