First they automatically took a tip for carryout. When I got there I was told they gave my order to the wrong person. After that they didn't have the entire order there as I was still missing items. The mashed potatoes still had flakes on them from the instant potatoes. The Mac and cheese was hard. This is not the first time we had problems with this restaurant but it will be the last. I would not recommend the Florence location. I would however recommend the fort wright Bob Evans.

They were short staffed, so not their fault that it took an hour for our food, but I had the worst overcooked chicken I've ever had. The rest of my family reappy enjoyed their dishes but I couldn't even cut my chicken, with a knife. I'm sure it was a one time thing.

Really no good. We went for breakfast and our bacon was not cooked we even ask for it well done. Eggs had no taste, home Fry's just nasty. Need to get better cooks. The waitress did great and kept apologizing tipped her well food is not her fault
