I have mixed feelings about this place. When I first got a membership it was easy to make an appointment. Post Covid everything changed Since I require a heavy hand to get into my muscles I am limited to a couple therapists. Due to staffing issues, appointments get booked quickly and if you aren't lucky enough to call in the day the schedule becomes available, you may not get an appointment that month. You are limited to one appointment a month as well. When they shut down for Covid, they continued to charge me for the membership even though it was impossible to get service or talk to an employee regarding being able to put the charges on hold while the location was closed. Due to Covid shut downs and there rules regarding injury or surgery I recently found out that I still have 7 1/2 hours of massages available, because of months that they were closed, weather cancelations or orher reasons I was unable to get a massage. If I choose to cancel my membership I will have a limited time to use those hours before they are no longer available. Since it can take up to ten days for management to approve sending the form to terminate my membership I will probably end up paying for yet another month I will be unable to use

I have never been so humilated in my life. First good luck getting an appointment and if you do get one they can cancel on you the same day of your appointment. I have a membership and this year I have only been able to get in 4 times and the rest of my appointments were canceled by massage envy or absolutely no availability. This last appointment they canceled just hours before my appointment and it took the manager 4 days to call me back and when she finally did, I was told the massage therapist felt uncomfortable massaging me because I asked that if she had received the jab I would like her to wear gloves during the massage. After we argued she informed me that she would have her regional manager contact me. No one has, I have contacted their corparate office via email because the phone number they provide for corporate does not reach an actual person. I juat called massage envy today to find out why I have not heard from the regional manager and I was told that they have 10 days to contact me. I am humiliated because I should be able to ask any questions that could impact my own health and not be treated like I don't have the right to ask. I have spent around $300 in unused massages and still can not get the service I have payed for. I am so upset that these words can not express my sincere disappointment in this establishment.

Rose was my massage therapist she was amazing very personable and professional. They fill up appointments fast (booking online anyways) so plan ahead and try to get one when they release new dates! Massage envy is lucky to have her, highly recommend.

Paid for a massage. Was not contacted after waiting 2months for the appointment. Was charged for the massage even tho there worker quite and didn't contact me to let me reschedule. Finally reschedule and then was charged again for the second time. I never received my massage and I will never give my business to them nor will I recommend anyone to go and get a massage from the Silverdale massage envy store. Very very very disappointed in the service I received from them.
