this is probably the worst bank I've ever had to deal with the branch manager is probably the rudest I have ever dealt with I closed my business account my daughter had an issue she called in today rudest branch manager my daughter's closing her account I highly recommend nobody ever use this Bank I told him I'm leaving the bank they said they didn't care

Bank or the West has seriously gone downhill since I started using this bank 8 years ago. I get locked out of my own account when using atms multiple times a year, and the service inside of the bank is soo slow. Do not use Bank of the West.

Bank of the west located on wilson way, the security is awesome highly recommend to bank with the west. Normally they have 2 tellers open with 3 to 4 people in line, this is the one located on East side of stockton.
