Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We orders curbside pick up - wait was longer than quoted but it was also st Patrick’s day so understandable. We got our order home and both burgers were meat burgers and one was supposed to be veggie burger and it was labeled veggie on the ticket. We called to resolve the issue and when we said we wanted a replacement we were told to wait for a manager and after waiting a very unreasonable amount of time (10 min) I left to go to store and complain to manager. When I got there the Manager (Julian) greeted me and let me vent about the whole situation and then said he had already taken off the charge for the veggie burger and had it remade and had it in hand with him. I was pleased he listened to me first and then offered his already enacted solution. He dealt appropriately with the situation and we will go there again.

My children took me to Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the southern charm burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were great as well. Unfortunately, I ordered a root beer float and only received a glass of root beer. I was told the ice cream would arrive later. It never arrived so we had it removed from our bill. That was disappointing. With that exception, the service fine and the food was tasty.

Came in Starving! I got the Impossible with extra onion and pickle & endless zucchini fries. My friend got a double decker with endless garlic fries & strawberry lemonade. First off our waiter was Fantastic! Attentive and never disappointed...and he was clearly the only server. Food was Hot and on point!! Endless fries and zucchini were super good! We left full and very impressed🍴 Kudos to the cooks as well!!
