Husband and I went on Sunday 7/17 to get 5 bags of top soil. My husband is in a wheelchair. When we purchased the bags thru the garden center, the associate told us to drive around to the side and someone would be there to load the bags. We parked in front of the bags and waited for 15 mins. It had been raining and the bags were wet and most were torn open so I didn’t want to have to load them myself. Not to mention, they get a little heavy for a woman after so many. We called the store to ask for assistance and was hung up on. Then I drove around, went back in and the associate called for help. Went back out, waited and no one came. Went back in, he called again, waited again, no one came. So, called again and finally got a manager who stated she would send someone out to help and no one showed up. Also stated they don’t have anyone out in lawn and garden to help load things anymore… really????? So basically, if I wanted a pallet of stones, I’ve got to load them individually, by myself? If I was a dishonest person, I guess I could help myself to whatever I wanted?? No one’s watching? Ridiculous!!!! I loaded them myself, with the help of my husband who is in a wheelchair, but next time I’ll go up the street to Home Depot. I’ve bought enough materials in my life to know I have NEVER had to load things without assistance before. I think she was covering her own a**, hard for me to believe such BS. When did the policy change? Or is it just for this particular store? Laziness and sorriness!! What if it had been a elderly person who was seriously unable to do this?

Cash registers don't have tap to pay in 2022. Was only carrying my phone and couldn't use it to make a purchase. Maybe catch up with the times.

This Lowe's store is the BEST! Their associates are ALWAYS friendly and AVAILABLE! We drive past 3 Lowe's stores to get to this one bc we can always find help!

My experience at this Lowe's location today was a nerve rattling scared crapless event. Due to the fact that Lowe's is about the only one that seems to carry minwax products anymore I was here to stain, wood putty and wood filler. As I was looking for the putty I needed the entire rack of wood stain beside me collapsed only moments after I walked past it. I was only 8" from the rack as it fell. So if you are coming to this Lowe's for a wood stain on October 23rd 2021 or the next few days afterwards don't bother they don't have any it's all on the floor. And then on top of all that as I'm checking out with a few products I was able to get the cashier didn't even have the common courtesy to back my purchase as she gives me her change she turns away and starts playing with her cash drawer I ended up having to bag my own stuff so I can leave other than those two things this Lowe's is actually a very good store nice clean and efficient and on any other day would get at least a four-star rating from me
