The last few times I've been to this location the service was horrible. They get your order wrong. They also ask you if you want any hot sauce but they don't put any in the bag. Tonight I ordered chips and cheese and they gave me an entire order of crumbs. There wasn't one solid chip in the order.

Very unprofessional as seen in the picture below spending money on a chicken chipotle ranch almost $1.69 per item and they’re given 1 to 2 pieces of meat inside the wrap. When I came back to complain about my order the person that actually made the items for me came to the window and started cussing me out and then stomped off very unprofessional I will be contacting the manager and corporate tomorrow morning something needs to be done about this!

I ordered the new Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa over the weekend. I placed my order via the app, and subbed chicken for the beef. I got all the way home to find beef on my taco. I paid extra for chicken, and I do not eat beef. I sent feedback to the restaurant, and have not heard back. This is the second order that they've messed up recently, and the second one that they have not responded to my email and my request to be contacted.

I eat here all the time and normally over look any mess ups and stuff like that. But this is the new chicken taco they come out with? Super small and not worth the money. Wish taco bell would just stop changing there menu and leave what's good on there
