First off, I know to expect delays during the super bowl. We ordered at about 610 and was told by their website that it would be ready around 630. My wife showed up at 7 to pick up the food and waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before getting to the window. After she reached the window, she waited another 30 minutes after being asked our name countless times. She finally was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes and continued to wait for another 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. They should be embarrassed at the absolute disaster that was their super bowl night. We will absolutely not be back.

Placed a delivery order at Wing Zone and had several issues. 😕 First, I had a coupon for free wedges. The website would not accept my coupon code, so I couldn't redeem my coupon. When my order was delivered, I had several issues with the food. First, the boneless wings were supposed to be buffalo ranch, and they had no sauce on them, not even anything on the side. Next, the kid's chicken fingers show as a four piece on the online menu, but we just got two tiny little pieces. The onion rings are pictured as breaded, and what we got is battered. Obviously, we're not regular customers. I had tried Wing Zone many years ago and wasn't a fan, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this was another disappointing experience. I contacted the restaurant and they said that they use stock photos on their website, so it doesn't represent what they actually have. 😐 The onion rings were different due to a supplier issue. The supply issues I get. But maybe have accurate photos for everything else?? 🤦‍♀️ I'm always willing to give a place a second try, but I'll rarely give a third.

Their food is great 99% of the time, but that's their only good quality. Service is generally terrible. And don't EVER be in a hurry to eat. When my wife and I order from here I always tell her to order an hour early because that's how long it takes them to make 20 wings with fries. I only give 2 stars because 1 isn't enough, and food can't be your only good quality. Wing Zone has the potential to be the best but that will sadly never happen.
