Food was OK but I could’ve slaughtered a chicken and made dinner in about the same time I sat in the drive-through line waiting and they weren’t even busy.

Had to wait in drive through line for 37 minutes, the doors are locked and cars are backed up almost to the street. This restaurant needs to open the doors to at least let people come in to pick-up online orders. They seem to be using Covid as the excuse to hire less people attributing to the extremely long wait times. Get there before 4:30PM.

KFC in Hartville drive thru only. Ordered Cole slaw but got mashed potatoes. And the chicken was over done. Looked and tasted like it spend way too much time under the heat lamp... The service was good.
