The sales team have great communication and explanations regarding what options you can look at based on your personal preferences. They showed us the various mattresses with explanations of what we’ll get from them with the price range differences. They are very kid friendly and were great to my son. Overall a very pleasant experience buying from them and will do so in the future for any mattress needs
