Very disappointed. The staff was not friendly, the guy at the desk was rude when I asked about the $50 fee that was charged to my card that I was unaware of when booking. [Front desk never said anything and it was my first time staying here]. The beds were so hard, I didn't sleep the 2 nights I stayed. It felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board. The couch was more comfortable than the bed and thats where I slept. The lights were so dim we couldn't see much to get ready. There was no soap in the bathroom when arriving, so I had to go down to the front and ask. No bags in the trash cans. The TV in the living room of the suite wouldn't pick up reception for the channels, only one channel worked and wasn't fuzzy. Drinks were over priced and the vending machines were only ice machines. For what we paid for the room, I could have went somewhere actually enjoyable. We won't be back.

The staff made my stay as they as comfortable as possible in the most amazing room.. The food/service in the restaurant was excellent! The manager of this property really goes the extra mile.

Staff was nice and helpful. I called for extra towels and blankets, someone was at the door in less than 10 minutes. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Very clean, quiet and perfect for 1 night away.

Disappointed 😞....Rooms are not what they used to be. Very worn...tub drain was disgusting ( no drain stop either)..Rates are up. No room service. Lounge wasn't open. Restaurant was a hot or miss each day...... unfortunately won't try again. The water falls and location is all it has going

They do have a breakfast & Buffett but i believe you have to pay for that separately.
Go into the park and propose on the train just before you reach a stopping point, it's like the relationship commit to the journey or get off and get going.
Ms. Miller - yes we have handicap accessible rooms for rent. We have a roll-in shower room, but we do not have hospital beds.
