I've submitted a report about the issues at this location to Popeye's corporate, and you should too. IT IS FAST FOOD. The lowest of the lowest skill level for employment. Yet this location still cannot take an order, assemble it, and hand it out the window in a timely manner. Nor can they communicate in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Why is this so difficult?

This popeyes is literally awful. You wait in line for 15 minutes and then you finally get to order your food, you get up to the window only to be told they are doing cash only. How are you not even telling people that before they even order the food. Then you have to order it online and still have to go back in the line to wait another 15 minutes for your food. This place needs to do better. Not even sure why I keep going here every so often, every experience is awful. There always out of something, and you can't even understand what they are saying because the machine is so muffled. Not to mention they are rude. Unprofessional popeyes. Do better.

Horrible! I was in line for an hour waiting to order some nugget. Got up to the window, no nuggets. Ok, ordered 3 pieces of chicken with coleslaw. No coleslaw. The chicken was so small and dried up. They gave me red bean a s and rice in place of coleslaw. It was actually refried beans and rice. The biscuit was VERY hard. Only thing good was the drink. NEVER AGAIN.

Ugghh.. where to even start.. we drove 30 mins cuz I wanted the nuggets and hubby wanted a chicken sandwich..and a chicken bucket..when we ordered..we was told they was out of all sides...we wanted mac and cheese and the rice and beans...then they told me they had fries and mashed potatoes..so..we settled for those sides..the whole time these guys are in there laughing and being loud over the mic..so..we get to the window and the guy comes to the window w the tongs..bent over in the window..tongs outside..waving them around..talking about if we wanted nuggets or the sandwich it was going to be a 40 minute wait.. I was like, come on now.. 40 mins? He said yeah..cuz there's 3 of us here..so what was the other 2 people doing? Sounded like they was having a good time doing nothing..smh..so..we don't have 40 mins to wait on the nuggets and sandwich..plus the 30 min trip home...so. he says he has the 12 piece we ordered though.. so..we took the 12 piece... We get home...there is 6 legs...4 thighs and 2 breast.. we ate .the fries right away and they were hard and mostly cold..they had been sitting for a while..the mashed potatoes wasn't even half full..and they only gave us 4 biscuits instead of 6...they was super hard too... Then to top it off.. I been trying to call them about it and I keep getting an answering machine.. I am totally disappointed..and once I get a replacement I'll never go there again... 29.99 of BS...
