Was told they don't sell white meat chicken so I wound up ordering Texas chicken strips which were very small and barely any breading on them, the mashed potatoes were too thick and had about a teaspoon of gravy on them. The best thing about it was the biscuit and diet coke that came with it. Wasn't happy about spending $8 on something that was mostly not edible and still being hungry because of it.

Short staffed, opened late with sign on the door, ran out of chicken in like the first 10 orders, Their AC UNIT WASN'T WORKING, yet everyone in line delt with these conditions just to get their food and go. In spite of all these conditions the food was GOOD and fresh.

I used their app to order thinking I could beat the line somewhat. When I went for pickup at estimated time the place was packed. I was ignored and finally they handed me a cold and greasy box of food without any of the sides. I left a review about my experience and was contacted by their district manager who was very professional and kind and offered to replace my meal. I had to go for pickup later in the afternoon because they were having equipment issues. When I got there they was packed, didnt know anything about replacing my order. They did however replace it after a bit of a wait and everything was correct but the experience was rough.

Been having the taste for it.. decided to drive to Akron (no barriers to stop me from getting what I want) to get it! Church's chicken, fried okra, and spicy rice!! My friend rode down with me and they forgot her jalapeno bombers.. so she was a little upset about that, because I guess they were supposed to be included in her meal. All the locations of northeast Ohio closed on Christmas day 2014..man I wish someone would open up a franchise here again.. if I had the means I would.. well worth the 30 minute drive 👍🏾 P.S. I take my hat off to the manager, and the two employees that she did have there.. they did a phenomenal job considering the crowd that they had there. I called this morning to make sure they would be open before making the ride, and the manager told me that the cook had just showed up.
