Western omelet...completely raw vegetables, the cheese wasn't even melted, it was that cold. Same with the hashbrowns. Waitress didn't come back to the table even once. Second time at this restaurant...same experience both times. We won't be back.

Firstly, I do not like to give bad reviews, but.....I ordered take out this evening because I work a lot and have 0 time and energy to cook a meal. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 Berry Farmers breakfast, the cashier that took my order was friendly but lacked knowledge of the menu, online it says Berry Farmers breakfast but on the menu it says Farmers breakfast, I learned that the hard way tonight! Employee should have known, I ordered an extra side of brioche French toast because the farmers breakfast includes that. The eggs were almost right, the burgers were thrown in the box and the lids closed, toppings weren't right and all over the place, as the fries were inside the burger buns too. only 1 slice of brioche toast and no syrup! who eats pancakes and French toast with no syrup? I cannot tell you how disappointing it is to spend $$ on this. Not what I expect from Bob Evans! I doubt that I will go here again. I guess no matter how much money I spend, I can make it better at home, myself.

New Cook all alone today with zero training or past Line Cook experience... ordered a Western Omelet, and all the onion and bell peppers were cut huge and were completely cold and raw. No provolone cheese as advertised on the menu. If I wanted raw veggies, I would've ordered a salad. Did I tell the manager? No, as she was busy with other complaining tables. Thank goodness I'm just passing through the area and never need to return.

Placed an order around 1030am day before Christmas. Ordered roast beef family pack which included large side dishes and biscuits. Also ordered turkey package which included a bunch of large side dishes and biscuits and a pumpkin pie also came with it. Ordered a large Mac and cheese for additional cost. Instructed to pick up at 6pm. Cost around$140.00. After paying and picking up order we noticed some missing items. Spoke with the manager who was very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed after that.The food was fresh, tender,& delicious.I would definitely do this again and I am a very picky eater! This was more than enough food to feed 8people with meals for the next day. Great job!!! Lesh road Canton Ohio
