They ruined my smile, they capped my front tooth and shaved down all my teeth, I'm devastated. The cap wasn't even my original tooth and they told me it would be. My teeth are all rough they didn't buff and or make them smooth and when I asked for my imprint of my original tooth they said they threw it away, so my original tooth is gone forever. She said we should cap all your front teeth to match this one, I like my original smile I didn't want a fake smile now my teeth are ruined. And they didn't even fix the original cavity I went in for. :(

My daughter had a dentist appointment this passed week, and the new dentist ripped a tooth out of her mouth without using any novacaine. And then did a second one, ignoring my daughter's pleas for her to stop. This is unacceptable. I will be following up with the appropriate governing bodies. Stop means stop.

the staff are very impatient. i bring my daughter for a dental cleanse, all they did was brush her teeth with a regular toothbrush she uses at home every day, i told them I had concerns within my child teeth they didn't take the time to look. they told my kid open her mouth wide took a look inside and said everything look fine. my kid was a little nervous and scared, because it took me a little time to get her calmed down and comfortable, they ended the visit less than 10-15 minutes. never completed the visit what I made her appointment to be seen for. they just brushed her teeth with the regular toothbrush, gave her a "goodie bag to go home with' extra toothpaste and a toothbrush. I'm very upset with them the visit will be charged and they did nothing. need better patients for smaller children and the dental assistant need to be a little more help besides standing around staring. do not RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH SMALLER KIDS!!!

The pediatric dentist is wonderful here. However, when I went for myself, the dentist made me feel ashamed about my teeth. As if I wasn’t already aware of this, I thought it was horrible etiquette. That doesn’t promote anyone’s desire for improving their dental health. He should have been more compassionate and understanding, or silent at the very least.
