No other customers were there so I was seen quickly. The women there for kind and experienced. The woman who drew my blood was excellent, this will be my go to place! Other places around here are horrid.

I am personally looking for another lab. I have had quicker service from a hospital. I didn't have an appointment but waited for everyone else to be served. I had checked (just didn't have an appointment) I was never served and finally left. Since there is no guarantee that a person will be served that doesn't have an appointment, doesn't mean that the person has to wait forever. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Tried for days to make simple blood test appointment.....never get to talk to anyone....prompts wouldn't work when "TOUCH 3 FOR APPOINTMENT" comes on. Today finally setting it up all thru prompts when spelling last name 3 times would not recognize my name!!!!! May try taking leukemia/heart patient in the door at 6 30 am one morning n see if they will test his blood! All Quest locations have no person to talk to! The Quest location at his cancer center will only do test from his cancer Dr. not his family Dr.

Quest in Austintown is fantastic. The waiting area and offices are sterile. I only had to wait five minutes even though there were several of us who walked in without an appointment. Pam was the person who handled my case. She could not be any nicer or professional. I highly recommend Quest. Thanks Pam for bring so terrific.
