After several years going to Sheetz, I shall never again. Today a young associate decided to talk back instead of simply filling the sugar. As she walked away, ignoring my request, I asked her name. She snapped at me that I didn't need her name, and continued to walk away. She should be suspended, and taken off the counter.

I ordered online here for the first time, got chicken snack wraps and some fries. When I got home, there was no cheese or chicken on my wrap. Fries were cold and there was no sauce.

We love to go to sheetz! Tonight we went there for a smoothie and Mac &Cheese. We waited patiently for 15min for the Mac & Cheese. Then waited again for my smoothie. I went up and asked if they knew I had a drink and the lady said they hadn’t made it yet they were busy. Which I understand. I work in fast food. So I went back to waiting. And it took another 15 min for my smoothie. Other people with big food orders were getting their food. And as the lady was bagging up someones food (5-6 sandwiches) she said “I’m gonna get this SIMPLE order out since they actually have the decency to wait”. I never said one word to them other than asking if they knew I had it. They were rude and for no reason.
