Im going this place is so gross i watched a manger take slimy ham that she herslf said she wouldn't eat and put it on a pizza for a customer they dont care what they feed u ive watch people that work there touch there face ,hair and other thing eww and then make a pizza ik they have failed there Food safety inspection two years running now and they still have a feeling grade this place is so nasty they go smoke and dont wash there hands eww never going back there

I ordered delivery at 6:00 At 7:00 my order was canceled with no explanation. I called the store to find out why and was immediately put on hold. I've been on hold for 14 minutes and nobody has gotten back on the phone yet.

By far the worst pizza shop experience I've ever had. Waited an hour for a pizza I already paid for through the app and then was told they were out of the dough needed to make it(deep dish). Wouldn't refund me at store but was told I needed to contact corporate on my own to get refunded. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered 2 fresh pizza's told them i will wait for fresh ones being that i have 35 minutes til my destination, he grabbed one from the heating unit so i reminded him i was waiting on 2 fresh ones.. he tells me it will be ten minutes. I then tell him AGAIN its no problem i have a ways to drive. I go to my car to wait..5mins later her brings me out 2 pizza's and low & behold its that same OLD one from the case smh.. I nicely take the OLD one back inside & these are the 2 fresh ones i ended up with👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 not to mention the one i brought bk inside the kid put BACK INSIDE the case🤦‍♀️ unfortunately i was running late or i would have had them remake the 2 sloppy ones they game me! Not the 1st time having issues here with presentation & cleanliness so i definitely WON'T Be Returning! #3strikes
