Front desk worker was extremely rude and had an attitude for no reason. Saw what I thought were employees but it seemed like no one wanted to actually ask if I needed help. Hotel smelled weird and the vibe was off. Also NO WIFI. The price is outrageous. Avoid.

Even though the Hotel was going under some renovation I was really impressed with the staff. They were very helpful, outgoing and friendly. They always greeted you when you entered and asked if there was anything they could do. The breakfast was very good and can't complain about any of it. I would stay there again if and when I'm in the area. Thank you .

People are good, breakfast is really good for free morning breakfast. The facility is in very poor condition. Pool was closed, workout room closed. Two of three ice machines broken. We had to be moved because A/C was broken in our room. Room maid service was spotty. You can just tell the management there does not care about excellence of the facility. I recommend trying one of the other hotels nearby.

The room was clean and the ladies at the desk were super nice. However, the pool water was so dark you couldn't see in it, which was a huge turnoff. The hotel double charged me, then I had to wait a whole week for my money back. And in the room, the curtains wouldn't close & the constant gang option wouldn't work. This was for our anniversary so gotta say, we weren't very impressed.
