My first time dining in one of these restaurants and it was pretty good. Disappointed there is no grilled options. They used to have naked chicken bites similar to Chick Filet. I don't eat chicken wings on the bone in public. Everything is fried. Our server was great. Draft list was out of date. Got 3rd choice on beers. Packed with screaming kids. Get it to-go.

Went here for my sisters birthday dinner, greeted and sat right away. we then order our food and appetizers. the appetizer didn’t get out until an hour later as we continuously reminded our waiter. we finally get our appetizers and beers as the appetizer is cold. we then sit for another hour without food , then the waiter comes out with one plate, so we wait for our other plates and never came. service was awful as the waiter did not refill out drink, as how we were doing and people came in, sat down, ate and paid before we even got our appetizer. therefore we left after 2 hours of waiting and went to another restaurant. never going back to this location again

I gave three stars based on bartenders personality she was very nice you can tell she cares but bottom line there is no excuse for beer pouring I had to knock off two stars. Sometimes she would fill other folks beer up but I only saw two people she did that for. I understand this BW threes started this 20 years ago. It’s not acceptable to me I will keep pointing it out

I called and placed an order for pickup on 3/11. They said it would be 20 minutes. When I arrived they couldn’t find the order first. Then they found the order and said it would be another 5-10 minutes. The gentleman then went back and checked again and said it would be another 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 46:55 minutes. I have my receipt. Too long for carry out. It was not a large order. Ten boneless wings with wedges and a chicken wrap. The staff were friendly. The food was good, but definitely need to work on the time.
