Very comfortable setting, organized and streamlined system from appointment schedule, check-in, to finish. I’ve had 3 treatments, and I am very happy so far with Dr. Carlos and her assistant, Jasmine. Thanks to Dr. Master for founding Dermatology Arts and appreciate the level of professionalism and excellent service that it provides.

I feel so fortunate and blessed to have found such a wonderful team. Dr. Master and his team, Liz and Savanna were absolutely awesome and helpful in listening to my medical concerns and explaining to me with the possible treatments. They are extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable . I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Liz was fantastic in helping my little one with a number of skin issues and I was able to communicate with her after the appointment for a referral without an extra visit. The office staff was warm and friendly to everyone in the lobby. Our entire experience with them was wonderful.

Dr. Casey Carlos is a fabulous doctor. I am thrilled that I found her. She is helping me treat and manage my adult cystic acne and deal with an acne scar I received as a result of a cortisone injection from another dermatologist. Her medical assistant was also great. Scheduling was easy and accessing and setting up via their portal was also straight forward. Very impressed with everything.

Yes, we offer both Botox and Fillers at Dermatology Arts. We are running a holiday promotion through year end 2020 to help folks get ready for online or masked holiday parties!
We understand your time is valuable, and we’ll do our best to accomplish your objectives in a timely manner. For procedures requiring special set up, surgical planning, or even insurance verification, we will encourage you to have the procedure with adequate planning time. Typically, if its been more than six months since we’ve seen you, you shouldn’t expect that we can perform a surgery the first visit back. We will need to see you for a pre-operative consultation visit before scheduling any surgery.
We do not overbook our schedules--we value your time as we do our own. We ask that you bring a little understanding and compassion--if another patient has an unexpected or serious problem, or is frail or elderly, you may be delayed if we take a little extra time to care for them. Please also remember that our running on time also depends on you! If you are late to your appointment, everyone else for the rest of the day will also be late.
Yes, we do! Almost every insurance carrier is now covering this invaluable service.
Patient access for appointments is very important to us; we decided some time back that it wasn't right to be proud that we were booked three months out! We've taken ideas and solutions from the tech industry to help you be seen in a timely manner--we can sometimes even see you today!
The easiest way to book an appointment with us is via a link on our own web site at dermatologyarts.com. Our scheduling system shows all of our availability including (reasonably) last minute openings.
