That is a very good question! Considering it could be a safety issue for pedestrian's and bicyclist's and those in their vehicles. MAYBE because it's so close and so loud? They generally come through pretty slow but there is always a driver that's busy on their phone or just not paying attention that could very well end in a serious injury or fatality. *Very important question.
You can get close enough to walk there from the bus stops...
