Great service. Everything is fine except the AC. A little bit loud. The employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and more than enough.

Gap in door allow a lot of light in from hallway. Matteess need replaced. Text for service at 6pm did not get response until 4pm next day AFTER I had checked out at 10am. Staff at front desk nice. Good size pet area out back.

When we entered our room and took a look around, we were surprised that the price of the room was as high as it was. It was a bit dated, the ceiling above the whirlpool had a large crack in it, and the televisions were barely functional. In our first room while using the whirlpool the large mirror attached to the wall came crashing down and hit me in the head, luckily my partner was able to catch it before it broke. We were then moved to a second room, which was basically the same, just in better condition, but we spent a good part of the night chasing and killing millipedes. We also had to deal with the sound of the exit door just outside of our room slamming shut all night. Definitely not a good value for the price we paid and would not stay here again. To end on a positive note, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The positives: The breakfast was great, really appreciated it. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Free parking was also nice to have. The beds were comfortable. Great location and very close to freeway on ramp and stores. The negatives: The room was old and dingy. There was no bathroom fan. We were not told that housekeeping was suspending and only provided after the 3rd consecutive night. After the first night, we hung up our towels to dry and they didn’t dry because there was no circulation in the bathroom; we thought no big deal, we will get new ones. Nope. We had to request new ones at the front desk after we got back that night. No one told us the wifi password or how to connect. This could be an issue for a non-tech savvy person. I requested a high floor room. Granted the hotel was only 3 floors, but we got a first floor room directly across from the elevator…the very first room off of the lobby. People upstairs were very noisy as were people getting on and off the elevator. We couldn’t move rooms since the motel was full for a local convention. The shower had painfully strong water pressure. My back was legitimately red from the powerful water pressure. I appreciate good water pressure, but this was painful. Like little needles in my back. We have family in the area and have stayed here and the Hampton Inn and I won’t be returning here.
