I booked 3 nights online, $115/night rate. We decided to drive straight through the full 950+ miles (15 hours) rather than take two days to drive, so I called and added a night. I was told my original rate would stay the same and they would just add that night at $131. Get my email at check out and they've now charged me for two other nights at $131 and two at $115. Front desk doesn't seem to understand that I was told my original rate would Stay The Same. If they want to lie to their customers, then I'll just remember that for next time we have to come to town. And yes, I did hear your snarky comment as I left. I don't think it's wrong to expect what you were told. You could do the right thing and fix my bill, but I'm not holding my breath. You have no idea how much I've already spent for gas on this trip and then to have more added to it because someone messed up, either in the phone call booking, or in relaying the correct information and to not fix it for a customer?? Ridiculous. Otherwise, the room is well kept, like the numerous other times we have stayed here in the past. Watch your bill and don't expect what you were told, and don't expect them to actually do anything about it either.

A nice hotel in a decent location, but we all got sick fro.the "free hot breakfast" which was essentially just microwaved sausage/biscuits...

They booked me for 3 nights when they were actually sold out. After the first night I was told I had to leave. Mistakes do happen, but the front desk was not nice about it, nor helpful, and very pushy to get me out of there. Was sad, because most Marriott experiences have always been pleasant. Not this one. However, housekeeping was phenomenal and very nice.
