Place has fallen victim to no help apparently. Ordered online , arrived a little early from what it said but still well after the order online and it still says 10 minutes on the webpage. My order was ready one hour and 30 minutes after I ordered and more than an hour after I arrived at the location to pick it up. They blamed a coupon that was available, but they shouldn’t run a coupon if they do not staff their stores to take care of business. Several girls standing around at the cash registers and in Galley area doing very little, but kitchen was so Understaffed everyone waited over an hour. I loved this place but will never come back.

Really bad actitud. Bad customer service. Never come back to this restaurant. I order my food online and it took more than the stimate time and they only looked at me really bad. They are liars. They said my food would be ready at 4:45 and they gave it to me at 5:03. but in their application they marked it as if it had been given to me on time. LIARS! MENTIROSOS!

So I started out by waiting 30 minutes for my meal, I understand COVID times make places understaffed so I was willing to let it go. However what I ended up receiving was anything but the quality I expected. Very little protein in the meal, and then the noodles had absolutely no seasoning at all.

I've been to Pei Wei many times in Texas, but this Valentines Day I went out with a couple friends to share some sushi and spicy asian dishes. We ordered their Kung pao sushi, Kung pao chicken salad, spicy Thai noodles and lettuce wraps. They don't have a set menu for any holiday and it is one of those restaurants where you order at the counter and they deliver it to your table, like Corner Bakery. This way we were able to avoid the crowds and high prices typically seen at restaurants on Valentine's day. It was perfect, no crowds, good prices, good food. Pei Wei has many Asian dishes to choose from egg rolls, to Thai steak salad to rice and noodle dishes. Prices are usually around $10-15. Everything seems like they cook it to order when I come in.
