I am a customer for few years and always ask for Susan she'd good job with the nails, but she always slow and she always attended me late, she think everybody have her time, that was I cancel to her few times because I know she always take forever to finish with other costumers and that's way she always late when she attended me, she never in time last Saturday I have an appointment with her and I said this is the last time if she late again I never comback again, I have my appointment at 11 in the morning this past Saturday and again she is 20 minutes late I just leave the place I never comback to that place again in my life.

Reasons not to come here ever -When the nail technician was buffing my nails she was doing it so fast and hard to the point where I saw my own nail shaving flying off and my nail felt bendable -After she buffed my nails she started to cut my nails, but not just my nails my skin as well -She then started to file and she wasn't even filing my nails at this point she was just filing the soft part of my skin -Next the nail tech cut my nails twice and I started to bleed -My nail' s shapes were all jagged, chaffed, she didn't even bring my cuticle down and it was torn. (It was like a 2 year old did my nails. I told the lady to stop but she kept insisting that she puts the polish on, which she didn't. So disrespectful to the costumer and highly unsanitary) *My nails were absolutely ruined and I had to put Neosporin all over my hands*

Service was great, 1 nail broke a few days later, but I will be going back, we'll see how good their customer service & satisfaction ranks.
