A little pricey for what it was. The fish tasted as if had been frozen and then thawed in a microwave...kinda mushy. I was surprised that the kids meal didn't come with a soda and that a kids Sprite is charged as if they'd gotten a Shirley Temple or some other specialty drink. The one outstanding aspect of our dinner was our server. She was very nice and attentive. Thank you Kiara A.

My experience was amazing! Everything was fresh and fast. I did have a bad experience with the lobster tail tasting like chlorine but the manager came out with excellent customer service to fix the issue. (Vendor issue) Advice for the store: please check the quality of the lobster tails before sending them out. And check with the vendors as well

Our server took a long time to come to the table to greet us. By the time he came over my husband and I had already viewed to menu and was ready to order. I ordered a strawberry margarita which NEVER came. I was told that ONLY the manager could make drinks and he/she hadn’t done it yet. By the time our food came out my margarita was still not made so I ended u cancelling it. You guys need to do better!!!!

Red Lobster will always be one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoy trying something new here each time I come. Delicious food always. On February 14th, 2022 Came to Red Lobster in Laurel with my boyfriend, they were busy. The waitress was friendly and the food was great! They definitely needed more employees, cuz it was full and needed more assistance. The table was a little dirty. We waited for over an hour for our entrees. It was still alright despite the business.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
