This is THE WORST Duncan's in the local Laurel area when it comes to delivery. They 3/4 times ALWAYS leave one of my omelette bites orders out of the delivery bag. What is so hard to understand with TWO ORDERS OF OMELETTE BITES!! Every.other.time I am looking for 2 orders, they only send one.

Call first when ordering from this place! They didn't have the ice cream flavor I wanted, Love Potion 31 even though Doordash said it was an option to pick. They didn't have chocolate chip cookie dough either so I got the Snickers flavor instead. Next time I'll go to a different Baskin Robbins.

I called and asked how often they make the dounts and the manger said they don't make the dounts at the store and that they are delivered everyday. I told him the bottom of my dounts are hard on every single one. He said that couldn't be because they were delivered today. That's false and they are selling day/days old dounts.
