I waited 25 minutes for the seat. There were lots of customers. After getting the seats, we still waited for a long time for the orders. The food was great but need to expect a long waiting time. Recommend to people who are not in a rush while going to this restaurant.

So far every Red Robin location has been great!. Unfortunately the Albany location is not one of them. We were seated and no one came to our table for 20 min (They were not busy at all). The floors were sticky\nasty. You can tell they have not been cleaned in years. Costumer services was below what I'm accustomed to at a Red Robin. Please change leadership to someone who cares. You can tell they don't as the building was filthy.

My family and I went to Red Robin tonight and won't be returning. At least, not to the Albany location. Upon walking in, we were the only ones but waited close to 5 min to be seated. After being seated, we waited more than 10 min before our waiter came to the table. He only came to our table because the waiter for the table next to ours told him we were waiting. We ordered our drinks - 2 waters, 1 coors and 2 apple juices for the kids. My husband and I got our water right away. I asked about the kids juice 10 min after receiving ours and was told the bartender was very busy and she'd get to it as soon as she could, along with my husband's beer. Juices and beer didn't arrive until about 5 min before our food. Our waiter ran around like he was very busy, but spent most of his time at the computer. He checked on us once after we got our food but didn't come back again until we requested to pay. We hadn't been to Red Robin during covid and were pretty disappointed that our service was so poor. Food was decent, though.

Was there for 1.25 hour, put order in for second serving of fries.... At same time that my order arrived..... Burger was not burger I ordered... They sent back, I ate first order of fries, after one hour wait paid for ticket $20.00.. one order of fries and a beer.... Will never go back .. Made me pay for burger I couldn't eat.... Didn't take a single bite I'm allergic to onions...

They have throw away paper menus, plexi glass between booths. Mask up until you've been served.
If you call ahead they will have your food ready when you get there; reservations are not necessary but they will hold a table if given enough notice from serious patrons.
Last night my two teens and their dad were there and told 30 minutes wait. Well 2 went and sat here and there and then people after us got seated and the last straw was when a party of 8 who walked in at least 10 minutes after we're called to be seated. First we were told our name was on other list and then when I checked after tons of names called, and she said they called us ten minutes ago and we we're like no we been sitting here the entire time and heard lots of names and not ours. I was like no way we got skippped. We got the manger and she got us in and apologized. Never once did she come to check on us during the meal. People that arrived after us we're finishing eating when we got seated. Never had such crappy service there. Sucked
They will sing happy birthday to the lucky one, and give them a free desert. And they have room for large parties.
No, you put your name in and wait. On busy nights it could be up to 20 minutes, but slower night you are seated fairly quickly.
What day is that? I'm a member and used to get emails day off but not for months.
