Never hot and ready! This place lacks leadership and half the employees just don't want to be there. Could this be poor work conditions or lack of pay? who knows but the service is either hit or miss but if you're going between the hours of 3 and 6, it's always a miss. Food is what you expect for the price but as they go up you have to ask yourself is it really worth it anymore? Better quality food can be found for a few more dollars at any other pizza place in town.

We were really excited to try the new thin crust pizzas tonight, with that being said it was hard to order because they had the music so loud in the store I myself could barely hear the speaker, after placing the order and waiting 15 mins for a pizza that is advertised as hot and ready, we get home and start eating when my son bite into a large chunk of glass and when I called and asked for a manager they were rude and only wanted to exchange my glass pizza for a new one

I'm hoping this is a one off situation. I ordered a Detroit Deep Dish Veggie pizza. When I got home and sat down to eat it we noticed the middle wasn't done. We went ahead and put it in our oven to cook it the rest of the way. The ironic part of the order was that I had requested the pizza to be well done.

Never has pizza "hot and ready" anymore. No matter what time of day I've gone through there. And some of the worst pizza cutting I've ever seen in my life!! But you get what you pay for when u get a quick and cheap pizza
