Spent over 45 minutes in drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. Ordered a jumbo Jack no onion and home style chicken club meal with no ranch sub. Mayo due to a family member who has allergies. Got to the window and they had just two sandwiches in the bag. Had to order ANOTHER meal!! I then wait another 15-20 minutes for this. I drive home which is less than 3 minutes away to find that there is RANCH on the sandwich and everything is COLD! Went back to store and the drive thru was blocked off even though it was 30 minutes until closing and the lobby isn’t open EVER due to whatever reason. Tried to call the store with no answer. Spent over an hour and almost $30 for food that was garbage and not safe tool eat! And as for the cookie cutter response the restaurant posted....I already contacted that website and it goes nowhere! No one resolves the issue!

Ordering from Uber Eats is a nightmare (Uber Eats is not the problem). Jack in the box takes forever to make order, if they make it at all. If you try and call the restaurant, no one answers the phone or the phone hangs up on you. They need a brush up on customer service and time management.

I love that this is one of the last drive thru restaurants that I can get a pre-made salad! Its become more challenging ro find healthy options at local fast food restaurants. I am often in a rush and on the fo and don't have time to wait at other places. Thank you for keeping salads on your menu!

Chicken fajita pita. Do better, Jesus. Thought the bag felt light. This a "you had one job" thing. Pioneer parkway, good job guys.
