I was told by an on-line part store that I needed to make a return of a rear main seal through Car Quest in Madras. It turns out that it wasn't even their part, but the owners wife is taking my part to the correct store on one her trips to Portland later in the week. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! And I technically wasn't their customer. Thank You, Madras Car Quest!!

My better half was on her way to sunriver to see relatives. Waze had killed her battery... ...and then totally Bumbed me out with the phone call that she felt compelled to make.....to me, about it.... :/ After asking the obvious questions, I advised her to stop at the first autoparts store she saw in route and buy a 2a -12 charger... she found this establishment - Carquest; Madras Autoparts Store The couple that owned it treated her great. Better that local stores ever would. I strongly recommend - especially if your " > .5" leaves on a long drive, after taking the f'n 12v phone charger out of the car to make more room.. ;)
