Questions & Answers

For a 10x10 they want $89. Then an additional $9 insurance mandatory fee. By the time you're done with the taxes, you're pay $105! When right down the road for the SAME services, 24/7 access and space for $50. Hard pass.

Thanks for the feedback. The $9 fee is for a protection plan that covers your belongings in the event of a fire, water damage..etc. You can purchase it through us or your home owners policy. It's a service that we provide to our customers to protect their belongings. The $50 rate from down the street is before tax and they do not offer a protection plan for their customers.
