They claim they help adults with disabilities Until you call them and they tell you it’s a myth. Being 52 with Stage 4 cancer and Low income on SSDI & they say you have to be at least 60 for there services. Nothing like dying of cancer malnutrition and loneliness thanks Mystic Valley.

This group is super helpful and knows exactly where to refer you. I needed help with my elderly parents who have challenges including diabetes and COPD. They have made arrangements for a nurse to come in and vaccinate my Dad for COVID, gotten them in touch with an agency that got them fuel assistance and gotten them assistance with groceries. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We chose this agency to help with housework and laundry for my elderly mother. Most of the workers that come to my moms are young and totally unskilled. They don’t even know how to make a bed or fold laundry. I have banished more than one young lady due to lack of basic housekeeping skills. Dealing with management and social workers is not much better. Customer service and communication are also seriously lacking. You’ve got to drag the information out of these people. I would not recommend this agency to anybody.
