I haven’t ever written a negative review before. However, I believe my experience here merits one. I saw Dr.Pocuis upon moving to the area from a different state. I have an extensive history of chronic pain and endometriosis (having had 9 surgeries) so needless to say my pain is very much real with many different medical reports to show this. Dr.Pocuis came into the room immediately telling me that my pain was “not that bad” and my condition “not serious at all”. When I asked to continue medication I had been on for 2 years he said absolutely not because he doesn’t know me. I understand needing to see a pain clinic regularly to establish a relationship, but I was told I would need to come each week and “maybe” after 5-6 months I could receive medication (I live 35 minutes from the clinic so this was simply not feasible with working full time). Not only this, but he was very dismissive and seemed to not want to spend a second in the room with me, clearly not understanding endometriosis and not trying to understand. I called the next week and requested a change of doctors and to be moved to the silverdale location, the office staff told me that’s not allowed. I explained that I did not feel comfortable with the doctor and was still told I had to see only him. Overall, I felt very defeated, mistreated, and dismissed at this clinic. Being a woman with a chronic illness I have learned to advocate for myself and for other women going through similar experiences. There may be other doctors at this clinic who are more understanding and caring, but unfortunately I was never given the opportunity to see for myself.

My doctor is the best! Madeline... you cant go!!! She's understanding and kind and she help figure out the root of the issue and helped me conquer the fear of it all. It's the receptionist that don't do well with me. They treat me like im not a person. Sad that my Dr. Has to leave in March. Soo sad.

I felt that the dr listened to me an was very understanding of what I needed. She made me feel validated where in the past that had not happened. I am very happy to have her as part of my medical team. An the girls that run the appointments an front of the office are so sweet an kind. All around a great experience.

My provider Madeline Weichec, PA is extremely genuine and caring. She is focused on helping me get the right level of pain relief and very helpful in helping me understand my conditions. I can't say anything about the other providers as I have no experience with but Madeline has earned 5 stars in my book!
