Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. Although Maintenance is available quickly, the same issue persist. My central air upstairs doesn't work, only one vent gets air. The temperatures are very difficult to deal with. There are issue with people playing music loudly late at night and people's children being really loud during what would be "quiet hours." I have an issue where my neighbors sit in front of my door. Their kids scream and cry and they just sit there. I can hear them through the door in my living room. They also can hear me...feels very uncomfortable. The lack of privacy is really unfortunate. People should not be allowed to sit in front of my door for hours and interrupt my peaceful enjoyment.

Horribleeeeeeee Maintanance. They will take minimum 3Weeks(its just a minimun they may take more than this for sure) to start looking into issue even thought its bit urgent. I went to my home country in January (due to some family health i stayed bit longer) and i sent an email in March saying that I am not in USA. June ending its time to renew lease, they didnt sent any email but they attached notice to my front door. They didnt even call or didnt even send an email. I came to USA on July first week and immediately i went to lease office and explained the situation still they didnt convince, now they are charging extra amount every month. They are interested in taking money but they not interested to complete services in time. Question: You are charging extra amount because I didnt renew my lease in time, similary you are not proving proper service then why should you not cut down your monthly rent?

Hi, we talked on the phone yesterday. I was told the salt trucks were working on our lots then, but there's still no salt in our lots today. If it helps, I'm referring to the lot behind Lori Lane. Thanks
