We are extremely pleased with the simplicity of the functions of this program, as well as the results we are obtaining requesting and managing both general and product reviews using the system. There are a number of 'review management' products on the market, so look for the service with ALL of the connectivity to monitor, track and respond to all of the various websites and review repositories. Avoid 'internal' systems that collect reviews only on their platform. Google, Yelp and Facebook are important but there are many other general sites as well as industry-specific sites that may apply to your business.

Is it possible to remove a fake review?

All of the different review repositories (Google, Yelp, Facebook etc.) all have their own unique Terms of Service (TOS) for their users. Each one also has a different protocol for addressing and removing a fake review should you be hit with one. With some persistence and an understanding of the various review sources, fake reviews can most definitely be removed.

Negative reviews are posted for a number of different reasons, mostly due to poor service, pricing policies that are unclear, or a general bad experience. There will always be negative reviews, it is the handling of the review that is most important. Be sure never to start an argument or attempt to litigate the review online. Take the situation off line, and do everything in your power to make things right with the customer. Negative reviews can be edited, upgraded, even deleted and replaced with a positive review.
