I made a reservation at the last minute because the first Hertz Rental Car place cancelled me. When I got there, they had no car for me even though there were a bunch of cars sitting there. I will not go through Hertz again. They may give AAA discounts but they are the worst.

Reserved a vehicle for a work appointment. 1 hour before pickup I receive a call that they do not have that vehicle and the only thing they can offer me is $50.00 more per day. I told her that was unacceptable and to call her manager as I didn't feel it was my fault they advertised a car they didn't have and I shouldn't have to pay anymore money for their mistake. She call back and says the manager couldn't do anything and the vehicle they had offered me at the higher price they just traded to another location and they don't have anything to give me. Just unbelievable how these businesses run.

The overall rating of this location made me overlook the very negative comments floating at the top of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that this Hertz location lived up to its high rating! Will definitely be coming back to rent a car for my next road trip.

They either have a ton of cars or very few, so just make sure you plan ahead or reserve online. They always have quick service. The longest I’ve ever waited is 5 minutes. I use them almost weekly. Dave the manager is a customer focused leader of this great branch!
